Worldwide 30-day return period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving the ordered products, for any reason and without justification. 

To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition as you have received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded the full amount, including the shipping costs, on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Please note that all returns must be made at your own cost. You must return the goods to us within 14 days after we approve your return.
